Good point: polite and pleasant though under pressure - thank you. Bad points: 1. Not answering phone. 2. Said would get-in urgent eye treatment 'in 2 days' and quoted £102 for a private prescription. 3. 20 mile round trip 2 days later (no phone, remember!) to be told: hadn't got and **couldn't** get!!! 4. Telephoned Stourport Health Centre. Drugs in stock. Collected immediately. £33. Combined with a dreadfully unhelpful GP practice, Bromyard primary healthcare is a disgrace and I feel very sorry for those who can't go elsewhere.

The pharmacy had gone through a really good spell after Rowlands were taken over but this recent experience was awful. 2 weeks they've had a prescription and it hasn't been done, then once this was pointed out to them one member of staff started raising her voice, shouting and then tried to be extremely difficult with giving us our prescription. Lazy staff, badly run and appalling attitude of some staff are why we always try to use online pharmacy's.

Visited for my wife's flu jab . Reception and Pharmacy staff treated my wife's mental health problems with courtesy and understanding . A busy pharmacy that did not hesitate to go the extra mile .

Staff maskless, even in an enclosed space when delivering flu vaccines to the clinically vulnerable. Not acceptable.

We are in our holiday home have our prescriptions sent here whilst we're not at home, each time I come to collect its never ready even when we leave it a few days, staff are rude and not very organised I have never been in such a badly run pharmacy, back home ours is run to perfection we don't have to wait, it is so stressful when elderly people have to wait i think something needs to be done it's not fair on people so please people speak up we shouldn't have to stand for this thank you!!!!!

I’ve visited this pharmacy a few times and each time the staff have been really helpful. The pharmacy is clean and well run. With a good stock of general supplies. Great for our town.

Needed antibiotics for the third time in a fortnight. The doctor prescribed them during a phonecall last night and said I would be able to collect them this morning, Saturday, and then we both snorted as neither thought it would really happen. I tried all morning to phone and check that my prescription would be ready for collection, to save my son having to wait around. When he got there, not only was the prescription not prepared, but they did not have the antibiotic in stock! What a pitiful service, when they cannot even answer the phone to a customer to prevent this from happening. They advised my son to go to Tenbury, which is a good 30 minute drive from Bromyard. Really, Bromyard pharmacy, you have the monopoly of the town, especially on a Saturday when the surgery is closed. Provide us with a proper service.

I am so impressed with this pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to sort out any issues. They are polite even when those they are serving are not!!!! I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and they recommend treatments you may not otherwise have known about. Highly recommend this pharmacy
