Walk in flu jab no hassle no wait excellent service just logged my details on line when into pharmacy, checked my details checked if I was fine, excellent flu jab experience would highly recommend

Found them to be very helpful and very good arrived early as had to come on the bus but got excellent service

I was greeted with a smile and then supported to use scan code to do a pre check for a flu jab. The pharmacist then offered me an immediate flu jab which was quickly done with good information about what to look out for. Very friendly service. It is great to have a local pharmacy offering services like this. So much better than having to wait long periods with over stretched drs.

I had booked to have my seasonal flu jab I turned up extra early due to having to use public transport, I was seen straight away and I thought they were really friendly and polite and it was as if turning up early for my flu jab was not a problem

Despite all the pressures and high workload these people are always polite, patient and professional. In decades they have never let me or my wife down and have even gone the extra mile to order medicines they didn't stock and which I couldn't find myself.

Medication requested for over a week as per pharmacy policies. Go in to collect it and told unable to get in. Called to complain about this as medication integral to patient welfare. Excuse given was blaming brexit/War for stock supplies, then attempted to blame me for 'waiting till last minute to get stock', even though they say give them 7 days to get medications in. There solution was for us to go to every other pharmacy in the area, however could not do as they didn't release prescription. This has happened multiple times and there excuse for not contacting us about an issue is 'we're too busy'. Yes the NHS is busy but it doesn't dissuade from communication, empathy and working together for a solution. Shocking service, shocking compassion and lack of ability to provide a service.
