If you want to be seen for a consultation as recommended by the NHS (pharmacy first) expect to wait longer than a and e and be show absolutely no compassion or respect. Made me take a seat, serve people who came in an hour after me, 3 mins before closing I was still sat waiting. They closed the shutter half way at around 5.40 an elderly man came in smashed his head off of it and no one apologised, I was the only person to ask if he was okay. No one is flapping, looking stressed, rushed off of their feet, just strolling around without a care in the world, must be nice to have such a care free job. Also a man came in as he was missing items from his prescription so they got the other thing and kept all the stuff he brought back to prove then blamed him. When I was finally seen I was told I wasn't bad enough for any kind of treatment even though I've not slept in 3 days or eaten due to the pain I'm suffering! Medical negligence at its finest

Amazing staff they are very fast and very helpful nothing is a bother they go above and beyond to help you and will try and get stuff u need if they don't have it

Have used this pharmacy for many years and have always had excellent service. Very professional and helpful staff. Will be going for covid booster soon as surgery waiting times very slow.

Had covid and flu jab at the pharmacy, it was seamless, the wait was minimal and the staff were really friendly and helpful
