   I went into the pharmacy to pick up my repeat prescription, and was unfortunately greeted by a rude staff member. Their first words to me were ‘is it the pill?’ in a condescending, patronising tone, to which I responded no. I felt like this was very judgemental and can only assume it was because I came in with my boyfriend. They then refused to give me my repeat prescription, which unfortunately I had ran out of. I wasn’t offered any way of getting my medication. The person’s facial expressions and general demeanour were not what I would expect, or of which I should not have to deal with when attempting to collect my prescription. One of the staff members behind the staff member I was chatting to said ‘shall we try and look it up on the system to help her’, which I can only assume was their way of highlighting that this particular colleague was being both unsupportive and unhelpful. I then was told to go to my GP surgery, and fortunately was met by a lovely receptionist who was helpful and polite. I have now decided to switch to another pharmacy after hearing similar stories about Bradley Stoke Pharmacy and unfortunately this isn’t my first difficulty with the pharmacy. I will not be recommending Bradley Stoke pharmacy to anyone I know, as this particular staff member was not someone I believe should be patient-facing. Very upset and disappointed with the poor/lack of service I received. I wanted to highlight that after transferring to a different pharmacy I have been able to receive my medication without any issues.

   My husband has quite a few pills to take every day. Going on the app they keep me informed the progress of the prescription. The pharmacist rings and talks to john periodically how everything is going and makes suggestions always has time for him. The prescription’s are delivered. First class chemist,
