   I visited Bousteds Pharmacy on Boxing Day night after my Neice was unable to obtain antibiotics which were prescribed for her young child by the Out Of Hours GP service. She had tried numerous pharmacies in Washington and Sunderland but, due to the supply issues, she was unable to get them. She contacted the Out Of Hours GP who arranged for an alternative prescription to be issued, however she still had difficulty in obtaining this. I visited Bousteds Pharmacy and was met by the pharmacist and his team who immediately took away all of the worry. They searched for the two prescriptions and they had some of the original antibiotics in stock and arranged for these to be dispensed promptly. He took all the worry away by listening to my concerns and offering to help as much as he could. As I was waiting, he also provided the same empathetic support to other customers who were experiencing similar supply issues. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
