   Borno chemist used to put a repeat prescription in for me automatically every two months, which was great. Recently, they informed me that this was not possible any more, and that I need to phone them when I need repeat medication and they will request from the GP practice. Today, I have been trying to contact them by phone for 90minutes, and they do not pick up the phone. It is becoming more difficult to contact the pharmacy than the GP !!!
