Staff very unhelpful, I wanted some over the counter medicines I was told to get in pharmacy queue. 4 members of staff in there, I was sure one of them could serve me with medication, but she said I had to wait. Looking at the pharmacy queue, that would be at least an hour, and I was feeling too u well. I asked 2 members of staff at the tills, who were not busy and laughing amongst themselves selves if they could help, lady said no. I asked if short staffed, she said no. I asked why I couldn’t be served, she shrugged her shoulders. No smile, no customer service. Customers seem to be a distraction for them, they’ve no wish to be bothered. Why are we told to go to the chemist for help, when a fully staffed store have no wish to help a customer? Very poor service, I shall not return. They need a refresher course

Prescription sent to Boots by my surgery. Phoned the pharmacy to ask if the prescription was ready only to be told by the person on the other end of the phone they hadn't even printed the prescription from the afternoon before. Unfortunately this isn't the first time the service has been poor at Tiverton Boots, it seems to be a regular occurrence. Staff are very rude too, not a good image for Boots themselves or NHS pharmacy services.
