Exemplary service from start to finish I needed to have my blood pressure checked and despite it being the lunch break they made time to do the reading. The practitioner explained the results in great detail and I left feeling very well looked after and understood what the reading meant. Wonderful professional advice and service a big thank you.

Review titled blamed it on me calling them at their busy hours

I called them a couple of times following NHS 111 advice to ask for medication advice. Nobody picked up. They called me the day after and said that I called them at their busy hours and that's why they could not pick up. They again said that I'd better not call them at their busy hours. I mentioned that I don't know what their busy hours were. They did not specify what times are their busy hours to avoid calling them at those hours.
