   For such a large Boots with several people milling about behind the prescriptions counter and a huge queue of people waiting to be helped, I found the staff here to be extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncaring. When I first arrived, I waited at the till for ten minutes while a woman did something just beyond my line of vision. When I finally realized she was there and asked if I could be helped, she acted as if I had asked for her blood and reluctantly stopped whatever stock-taking task she was doing to help me and the five people waiting behind me. It then took them 30 minutes to fill a very common prescription and they didn't even call my name when it was done, I had to rejoin the queue and ask after it. While I was waiting, I saw the pharmacy staff treat every person in the queue as if they were doing them a massive favour by doing their jobs. A man asked one of the women at the till where he could find surgical tape and her response was 'I don't know, I don't usually work at this location.' What sort of answer is that? Honestly one of the bleakest displays of customer service I've ever seen, not that it could even be called that. I'll never go back, and I'll warn my friends and neighbours to stay away.
