   It doesn't matter what time of day i go to collect my prescriptions the queue is generally past the perfume counter. I appreciate how busy you must be especially as more people are using pharmacies instead of going to doctors but more times than not there is a lack of staff behind the counter serving. Today i waited 35 minutes before i got to the counter only to be told my Husband's medication which was sent from doctors day before wasn't ready and could i come back tomorrow when no doubt they'll be another queue! I asked could i wait while they prepared it but no i couldn't do that. One elderly gentleman waited so long he'd fell asleep! Unacceptable.
