   I was spoken to very rudely after returning to pick up a prescription I was told would "definitely be ready tomorrow." After standing in a queue for 15 minutes (and by their standards, that is a short wait!) I was informed that the prescription hadn't been sent over, even though I sat and watched the doctor do it two days previously. I have been using this chemist for many, many years but will now be taking my custom elsewhere - somewhere that I'm not spoken to like a naughty child!
