I was spoken to very rudely after returning to pick up a prescription I was told would "definitely be ready tomorrow." After standing in a queue for 15 minutes (and by their standards, that is a short wait!) I was informed that the prescription hadn't been sent over, even though I sat and watched the doctor do it two days previously. I have been using this chemist for many, many years but will now be taking my custom elsewhere - somewhere that I'm not spoken to like a naughty child!

Another day of having to queue outside the pharmacy as it was taking such a long time for staff to serve customers. One person was at the till for over 5 minutes as only 1 member of staff was serving, even though there were at least 4 other staff members there. My prescription was on the system but the stock has not arrived- a similar experience I and others have had over the past times I have gone to this pharmacy. There is a lack of customer appreciation and service. The pace of service is slow and often stops as prescriptions are not ready or not all of the stock is available. Often people are advised to go to another pharmacy as it will be quicker for them. This is not what I expect from Boots the Chemist, but unfortunately it is now what I have come to expect which is both disappointing and frustrating.
