Review titled Poor service
Rated 1 star out of 5

The pharmacy staff are very unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. There is an incomprehensible system which means you are always queuing the wrong way. They ignore you at the counter, their attitude is that you are a nuisance. Their timescales for preparing medication is 2 days whether it’s urgent or not. They demand to know why the script is presented late when it is for an immobile elderly person reliant on relatives or friends to collect. Today they insisted it would take 2 days and when my husband returned to try to get the meds earlier it had been prepared but he was not told so it would have sat there for 2 days. If you ask for an item not behind the counter they tell you that ‘ it’s on the shop floor’ with no further information about where that might be. I would go anywhere to avoid being spoken to so rudely and be provided with such a poor service. Often when people are in a chemist, particularly when they are collecting a prescription they may not feel well and could do with a friendly face and a kind word. I work for the NHS and know that the public can be rude but we should not be treating customers so abruptly.

Review titled Poor lack of care
Rated 1 star out of 5

I visited today and was not helped by one of your pharmicists. I was using up my medication first before collecting to not take more tablets (that cost you money) that I did not yet need. I was told then my prescription was cancelled which I've never heard of. I urgently needed to collect my next prescription due to running out. Your pharmicist simply shurgged and said she couldn't help. I'm not one to complain but due to it being mental health medication and you having a duty of care, I left in tears and totally appalled at the service I received. Please look in to how your help your customers you have a duty of care and medication that is prescribed is prescribed for a reason.
