I didnt go there for any medical reason rather i just wanted to buy some beauty products. Therefore i cant speak on the “pharmacy part” of the store. They have a lot of variety in makeup brands and their releases. I came here on holiday from another country so this place had a lot more options

I waited five days after the GP sent an electronic prescription to the pharmacy before going to collect the drugs. After waiting in the queue for some time I gave my name only to realize that absolutely nothing had been done in the last five days to prepare the prescription. The whole process only started at the time of my visit. I was given a whole bunch of excuses by a jolly manager and was told that they were happy and their service was improving. Completely unacceptable not to take any action for so long. I have on previous occasions had to wait for up to an hour to receive my medications. No point in waiting for days before coming in. Just turn up and ask for the medications. Either way you are forced by Boots to wait.
