    I rang 3 times for information on a prescription, but each time I hung on for 15, 10, 6 minutes but not once did anyone answer the pharmacy phone or 10 minutes on the everything else phone option 3. Terrible service

    Went to collect my prescription today (four days after my GP sent it over) and was told that the items had only been ordered today, and as it’s a bank holiday, it won’t be ready until Tues afternoon!! This is medication that I needed to start asap! When I asked why it’s only been order today, the young girl shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know! I challenged why it’s taken 4 days just to order the items and the pharmacist replied saying they have been busy with new customers as other local pharmacies have been closing down!! Maybe they should focus on their regular loyal customers before taking on new ones if they can’t keep up with the demand! This hasn’t just happened this week.. It’s been going on for months! I always get told that my prescription has just been received and needs to be made up, when actually Boots have had it in their store for at least 3-4 days!
