    With all the pressure boots are under and how busy they are they have always goes above and beyond for myself and my partner, especially one trainee pharmacist, remembers who we are and always makes sure any issues get sorted quickly. This month I was told it was ready and it was showing dispensed, but they managed to find it there

    Once again, this branch of Boots never answers the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day, they persistently simply ignore the phone. Also if and when they do pick up, the staff are rude and unhelpful. Today alone, over 70 calls at first getting ‘engaged’ tone, but then finally rings through, but rings so long the call automatically cuts off.

    Prescriptions never on time items missing regarding repeat orders. Will not answer the phone. Said they were processing my order Weds. still waiting have 3 blood thinning tablets left

    There is not enough staff to deal with the amount of prescriptions being pushed through to then. Two months in a row they have messed up my prescription, I was given incorrect medication which I had to return and this month they said they didn't have my prescription. NHS app said they did and so did my doctor. After 40mins of them searching they finally found it! I will not be using this pharmacy any more. Staff are untrained and there is not enough of them.

    Today I stood in a queue in this Pharmacy for 40 minutes to collect a prescription.While I can fully understand that the staff are under great pressure I feel there must be a solution to shorten waiting times which seem to be becoming a regular occurrence whatever the time of day .
