   I am extremely unhappy with the service I get from this pharmacy. The fact that they have sent me home to come the next day to collect my prescriptions and then I turn up the next day and again they say to come again the next day and then when I do go to collect it again they told me to come back at 4. This pharmacy used to send out texts to let me know when the prescription is ready to collect, they stopped that too. Every time I try to call them up to find out as I live far from the location of this pharmacy it never gets answered so my only option is going to check if it’s ready and for them to give me the wrong information each time is very frustrating. I know we are only numbers to these pharmacies but to treat your customers like this is not right at all. I am extremely fed up of this service.
