    I collected my prescription from Boots Farnham, once again an item is missing, the assistant did not inform me of such, I tried calling them but they never ever pick up the phone. Another trip to Farnham to find out what is happening and then another to collect the missing item. This pharmacy is absolutely appalling.

    For the first time since the NHS app came out I forgot to order my repeat prescription, I only realised when I went to get a new packet from the draw. I ordered straight away and my surgery expedited the order the following day. I left it 3 days before phoning to ask when it would be ready, I spoke to the pharmacy only that I should order 7 to 10 days before, I explained I new this and I had made a mistake, however there was no urgency put to the order, just we'll text you when it's ready! People make mistakes and there should be some understanding of this. I will be looking to move my prescription to another pharmacy as the service at Boots Farnham has deteriorated post 2021.

    Having tried to obtain my eye drops and told several times they are unavailable Craig managed to find them from a different supplier with in a week. Well done Craig.
