I had an appointment for a blood test I got the bus to Bournemouth 20 minutes before my appointment they cancelled it by text no reason. I will never ever go to boots again

The pharmacy in Boots in the centre of Bournemouth is absolutely awful I had my prescription sent there for the first time after moving and after a week they suddenly said they do not even stock the life saving drug I rely on any more and to get my doctor to prescribe something different! Then, when I complained, would not admit it is because they lose money every time they supply it on the nhs which I found from other reviews My old chemist supplied the drug within 2 hours to prove the point the drug is indeed available easily My message is simple to not use Boots pharmacy but support honest and decent independent chemist's instead
