    I have rang 17 times today , call is just shut off. They have had my prescription 9 days and I am running out of medication. This is just a repeat of my experience last month. How long should it take to fill a repeat prescription?

    Rang 6 times today and got cut off every time without speaking to anyone. Despite my GP confirming they sent Boots my prescription last Thursday- no email to say it’s ready. So, no email, no phone access so will have to visit. Being disabled this could well be a wasted nightmare of a journey all do to their dreadful service
