   Today I needed to get a prescription for antibiotics. I had to speak to a private doctor because my surgery ran out of appointments just after 8 am. I was given and electronic prescription which proved difficult to “cash in” at my local pharmacy. I rang the Boots pharmacy at Thame and the Pharmacist was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, despite her lunch break approaching. The pharmacy was very busy and short staffed, plus there was a problem with the electric prescription. All of the staff were patient, polite and professional whilst dealing with me and a long queue. The pharmacist sorted out the technical issue herself, and quickly prepared the medication for me. The team all seemed very helpful and efficient and I was extremely impressed by the service. Thank you.
