   Trying to get hold of my Elvanse medication is a complete nightmare. It was made less so by the helpful attitude of the duty Pharmacist at Boots Fulham Road. She understood - when others didn't - how important it was for me to get my medication and the impact not having it would have. She was the calm voice of understanding and reason when everyone else was making feel like I was the stooge in Carry on Up the NHS. It really was absolutely farcical and I'm just very grateful to her that she was willing and able to show a little humanity. It costs nothing but it was priceless to me at the time. Thank you!
