   I call up to check to make sure my prescription, has been signed off by pharmacist, before heading down to collect always its ready to arrive and wait hideous ling time, whilst they have there little chats. To finally get served to be told it hasn't actually been done, So I have to wait another 30mins, I'm disabled and I cannot walk far or stand, so for this to happen everytime is a joke! Staff are so slow and it's so unorganised. As it's boots the online Doctor I cannot collect it from anywhere else.
