   Queued 10 minutes to pick up prescription - which is very good by their usual standards, my wife and I can often wait in much longer queues there. As the (repeat) prescription had been sent to them 3 days before, I was hopeful that dispensing might be straightforward, but even though the assistant had the medication in his hand, he said it wouldn't be ready for another half an hour - awaiting check by pharmacist. I fully understand the need for such checks, but why couldn't this have been done in the 3 days before I went to collect it. I couldn't wait, so will try again tomorrow. Nothing is ever easy with this pharmacy, they never seem to have time answer their phone, and prescriptions are never ready on time, and occasionally just lost...
