    I went to pick up my prescription, as it was 49 hours since the doctor had sent it over. Only to be told that it's not 2 days yet, the prescription won't be ready until after 4pm and that there's a backlog due to Lloyds closing. But the truth of the matter was that the urgent items had arrived and were available, but the lady decided pragmatism and empathy wasn't the best course of action and turned me away . It's not the consumers problem that there's a backlog. They should be glad they have the busy with that attitude. So for future reference when they say 2 days they actually mean 3 days!
