   Over the past few years of using Boots in Dunstable for my regular prescriptions, I have come to the conclusion that there is a serious lack of staff. The staff are too buisy performing prescription tasks checking etc. I have experienced poor Customer service, when people come in to pick up their prescription, staff do not look up from what they are doing to say 'I will be with you in a minute'. If they did this simple task the relationship between customer and staff would greatly improve.
