   I was sent here by 111 as they said they can prescribe antibiotics if they have a prescribing pharmacist if not they can still contact someone who can , on arrival woman on till rude and pharmacist did not want to , would not and could not help me told me “dunno why 111 said this , she would look my throat but sorry I only have light on my phone and nothing to hold you tongue down , looked anyway said can’t see anything. I showed her a pic of my throat I took hour before she said ow yeh looks like u have ulcer I can’t help u go back to 111 absolutely ain’t got a clue Could not be bothered to help me.
