   Christmas Eve and my wife needs advice and/or medication for the conjunctivitis she woke up with this morning. Formby Boots’ website says that they are open 12.00 to 1300 on Christmas Eve. They aren’t. A printed notice on the door of another pharmacy gives the rota for the whole of 2023 and confirms that Boots should be open today. I rang but was eventually cut off. I was there at 12.15 and home by 13.00 wondering what to do.
