   I have spent over three hours trying to get through, I have the ring tone for the whole of the 3 hours plus but hey just do not pick up the phone. Tried customer service at boots one cut me off the other said he’ll try and make contact but cut me off instead., one said they would email them and ask them to call me but they have not called me. It is ridiculous service and a total lack of wanting to help you.
