Staff are fantastic. Issue is, not enough chemist staff to deal with the number of customers. Been the same since the beginning of Feb 2023. Always same excuses from Boots manager, trying to get staff. If you enjoy waiting betwee 30 - 60 mins for meds, come join the queue!!

Why does it take so long for a prescription to be filled? 3 days after my doctor sent the prescription, via internet, I am still waiting for confirmation it is ready for collection. Staff will often ignore the growing queue and when they do decide to serve are mostly abrupt and unsmiling.
