I have had home delivery for 3 years, paying around £55.00and this service is much worse now. I have had to ask help from other people twice since January and once a member of staff very kindly brought it for me. Again my prescription has been with Boots nine days, and no delivery or notice. I cannot get a telephone reply, phone just rings and does not reply, I tried from 9am to 4.45 today, I got one reply but no, someone just picked up the phone and put it straight down. This is not good enough, and something must be done. I tried ordering early but Dr. would not dispense said it was too early. You know how important medications are,do you realise particularly for older people we panic in case they are not delivered, or the prescription has not reached you and you leave the phone ringing, and not replying this is appalling, (and very rude)_ I know you are short of staff but Boots is getting a very bad name about Driffield, it seems toiletries are the only thing that are getting customers, everyone I speak to others they say delivery is atrocious. I will definitely think again about renewing my delivery fee.
