   My heart sinks when I have to collect a prescription from this branch of Boots. Was in there again this week and waited at the pharmacy for 4 whole minutes without the staff even acknowledging me. They chatted between themselves but didn’t make make eye contact with me or have the manners to just say ‘I’ll be with you soon.’ I always feel ignored and worthless coming out of here. The only reason to use a pharmacy is because you need medication or are picking it up for someone else, a little courtesy and compassion would not go amiss. Non pharmacy sales staff are much more helpful but can’t help with prescriptions.
