My heart sinks when I have to collect a prescription from this branch of Boots. Was in there again this week and waited at the pharmacy for 4 whole minutes without the staff even acknowledging me. They chatted between themselves but didn’t make make eye contact with me or have the manners to just say ‘I’ll be with you soon.’ I always feel ignored and worthless coming out of here. The only reason to use a pharmacy is because you need medication or are picking it up for someone else, a little courtesy and compassion would not go amiss. Non pharmacy sales staff are much more helpful but can’t help with prescriptions.

I have been trying to get through on the phone with nobody answering, I have been left with no medication again and nobody answering the phones so I am now at risk of heart attacks, this service is beyond ridiculous and they are playing with my health, nobody calls you back or gives you any information this is a total joke
