   Was in the Medical Centre when my repeat prescription was typed into the computer 6 days ago. Went to Boots, Maidenbower this morning to collect the prescription and waited the customary 30 minutes while the two people serving made up prescriptions for 6 people in front of me. When it came to my turn the server spent ten minutes away before returning to me and saying 'You have not requested a prescription.' When I asked to check again she said 'We have no record.' Rather than delaying the people behind me in the queue, now out of the door, I chose to leave and refer back the Medical Centre. Please asm Boots Maidenbower to get themselves organised.
