   Collect a weekly prescription that has been the same for years and have issues most weeks. When you go to collect the prescription you get told it’s not come down. Contact the Doctors and they say it’s been sent down and they don’t understand why it’s not been done. Therefore leaving someone with mental health without any medication yet again as been told to go back the next day after 4pm.
