Review titled Worst boots pharmacy Trafford Centre
Rated 1 star out of 5

I went to the pharmacy after I had spoken with 111. They sent my medication to boots. I informed the staff that my medication had been sent by 111, can i collect it. I gave my information, however they were unable to locate it on their system. After awhile I rang 111 from there and and 111 stated they had sent it. Pharmacy after a while said we have located it but we need to know who the prescriber was, I said its 111. the guy on the phone actually found the doctor's name and gave it to the pharmacy. It was like dumb verses dummber at the pharmacy. They found one of my medication but the second medication they did not have it in their stock. the lady asked me to come tomorrow for the second medication. I asked her due to the issues I had with them finding my medication, can they give me a piece of paper to state that one item is still o/standing. This question was like asking them to provide me with their personal info, at the end one of the staff wrote it on the back of piece of paper which I could have found in the bathroom. Stupidity would be a gentle words for these two so called human beings who works for the boots pharmacy. Is boots scraping the barrel to find good staff
