The pharmacy assistant stood at the till sorting prescriptions and completely ignored me until I said an acknowledgment that I’m stood there would be nice! Then he abruptly asked if he could help, took the script for the medication out of a draw and said abruptly again it will be 15 minutes, I was the only Person standing there!!

I went to collect a prescription but the east street store has been shut… due to staff shortages… this has happened too many times in one week. Unable to then collect prescription from the other boots store… staff were not helpful or sympathetic. This is unethical and unsafe.
