   Today I went to collect my medicine from boots Eastgate, bristol. Lady on pharmacy counter who seems cant speak English properly took my name and date of birth then said my surgery didn't send into them . Then when I contacted my doctor surgery they said they sent it on time and even gave me a order number also prove this too . Now because boots dont care about customer service i had to suffer with my medical condition as it was urgently needed medication. Not this time i had many times this type of problems with this boots . Always very bed service . In past we used to get prescription in hand by doctor it was best . Now surgery electrically sending prescription causing very bad situation for us .
