    My partner arrived here today at 9.10am to collect a prescription authorised by my doctor one week ago. After a twenty minute wait, she was told it was made up, but needed a pharmacist to check it and one was not available. Come back in one hour. On return, despite having been told she need not queue again, she was told to go to the back of the queue quite brusquely. It took a further thirty minutes to reach the front of the queue. The pharmacist was available and delivered the prescription. The number of staff serving is inadequate. The service is totally unacceptable. As Boots are closing their branch in Clock Towers, I fear this is going to get worse. The NHS appear to be part of the problem, as the pharmacist was engaged on a consultation when my partner first arrived. On return there were two further people waiting for a consultation.

    Prescription sent by email and received by chemist to be refused and told come back in three days. Totally unhelpful and this is not the first time. Need to go elsewhere.

    I have the same medication every month, but when I go to let collect my monthly prescription is never ready, this time the order was never requested by the pharmacy so my prescriptions weren't sent to Boots and I had to go without my daily medication for a couple of days until I requested an emergency prescription to my GP. Its not good that I have to go without my medication. They have no system and the assistant does not action my next months request and then they forget to do it. I don't even even get the text messages anymore. The handover system from one pharmacist to next should be better. Totally gone down hill. The need a review of what going wrong all the time.
