Possibly the most awful service i have ever received. The telephone is never answered so you cannot check to see if your prescription is ready before making the journey to collect. In store the service doesn't improve with poor communication and unhelpful staff. I have asked my doctor's surgery to change where i collect my prescription as this is the most unreliable, and unfriendly pharmacy i have ever experienced.

There are not enough staff, so you can wait for up to 45 minutes. What staff there are, are rude and very off-hand. They are supposed to text when a prescription is ready - never happens and they don't answer the phone.

It’s disgusting how telephone calls are not answered. I have been on the phone all day with nobody answering to even say, we were busy. So unbelievable.
