   I pick my monthy percription from them but last time it was not there. This is not the first time it has happened. The staff were very unhelpfull, and said she did not normaly work at this store and to contact my doctor on Monday, this was a Saturday and I was out of tablets. I was not offered an emercancy supply. In the mean time I contacted Lloyds to get my percription delivered. I rang Boots on Tuesday because they were closed on Monday and was told my percription was ready, 4 days late. I asked them to arrange for Lloyds to take over the percription. It has taken me 2 weeks to get Lloyds to despence it because Boots did not do what I asked them to. They had not returned the percription so Llods could access it. This caused me a lot of worry and at 78 years it is not what I want. I am glad I do not have a life threating illness and rely on medication, as I may not be here to write this.
