   The pharmacist never advise when a medication is not in stock. You go and collect your prescriptions and you arrive home and a medication was not in my bag. I asked recently where my medication was and the response was ‘we don’t have stock’. This should be told on my collection and I should also be advised when it should be back in stock. This is a simple customer service requirement.
