   I’ve been using this branch for my prescriptions for several years now. Not once have I ever been able to reach them by telephone to check if my prescription is ready. I have always had to go into the branch to ask. This has happened to me again today.

   Tried to get the advice we are encouraged to do from the pharmacist, but she did not allow me to finish what I wanted to say and told me to do an E-Consult as she didn't know what was wrong . Other reviews have a similar experience so this should be addressed. I will not be using this pharmacy again
