Bought 5 covid tests from Boots and when I try to upload the result on NHS it says " The format of this test strip ID is incorrect". Either I have bought tests that are not testing anything! or Boots haven't got the NHS approval. Waste of money. No more testing for me or my partner.

Do not use under any circumstances:: Our Test has not been registered in the lab today causing so much stress. No calls back during the day. What are we supposed to do at 6pm. Thanks boots for ruining our holiday. 3 days after my mums funeral just what I needed

The qr code on the Flowflex test kit won't upload on NHS website - it has too many characters. I've tried phoning Boots but was cut off.

Have bought 8 lateral flow tests from Boots on line, picked them up from out local store. My husband and I took the first two of these today, both negative but we are unable to upload the results to the government website so useless for government monitoring!

Paid for Rapid Antigen Gen Test to fly next morning but surprisingly it came back positive. I then did two different Rapid Antigen tests when I got back home at they both showed negative. How can the one I paid for at Boots say I'm positive for Covid this cant fly yet Orient Gene's and NHS Test and Trace Rapid Antigen Tests both give a negative result? Highly Questionable to me though not able to contact Boots about their suspicious result. I would steer clear of Boots the chemist for Covid testing sadly

Appallingly unclear instructions. Test was inconclusive. Complete waste of money and time. Avoid if at all possible.
