   Only went in to collect a pack of plasters that were urgently needed, had to wait 25 mins to get served and about 9 people waiting in total due to slow they were serving and lack of urgency! very frustrated as only 1 of 4 possible tills being used, I asked the staff why at peak times they only have 1 till open and the person serving wouldn’t give me an answer. Very poorly managed and understaffed serving paying customers. The reputation of this Boots store is continually falling well below standards and needs reviewing urgently before they have no customers left.
