Arrived just after 1pm to be told they were unable to dispense prescription between 1-2pm. Check before traveling to save wasting time. I get people need a lunch break but would be great if the boots website stated this. I checked the opening times of the pharmacy, they were listed as M-F 9-5:30.......9-3 on Saturday.

Tried ringing this pharmacy and 2 other Boots in Caterham many times and they never answer .. very poor service! Oh well a trip to A & E i supposed again .............

Unable to contact pharmacy during opening hours - phone line went to voicemail saying the pharmacy was closed (an hour before the stated opening hours. Opening hours on website different to that on the voicemail.

This store is listed as the pharmacy being open on Sunday 10-4. While the shop was open for beauty products and basic medication, the actual pharmacy was closed so over the counter medicine or prescriptions cannot be purchased or collected.
