I asked to speak to a pharmacist regarding possible tonsillitis (inflamed sore throat and white spots for 2+ weeks) the sales assistant dealt with my query, I did not get to speak to the pharmacist and was instead recommended a throat spray. I asked if it was suitable for me to use as I have a diagnosis of severe asthma. I was told it was. When I checked the patient information leaflet it is not recommended for use by people with asthma. I will not use this pharmacy again and would certainly not recommend to anyone else.
