   Phone is never answered, repeatedly trying to phone them but call is always automatically cut off. This is a usual occurrence. Even when going into the shop in person the wait to be served for a repeat tablet collection is usually 8 people long. Most often than not the tablets have not been put together/ checked off by pharmacist so have to wait a further 15 minutes. This should be an automatic tablet prescription bi monthly. I will be nominating a different pharmacy very soon. This is not the service I expect from Boots.
