I find it increasingly frustrating in renewing my monthly perscription. The store is never open on a regular time, & when times displayed on the door they never seem to open on time. Always a people waiting in line sometimes going out the door. Something needs to be sorted sooner than later or store will most likely close due to lack of profits.

Wrong information given ref delays in dispensing. Erratic hours of opening; changing at random. Huge queues at time when they are open. Hopeless customer care.
