    This chemist never answers the phone, can go in and check and they say “give us a ring before you come in” but never pick up so I can check my prescription is ready before I need to collect. Signed up for text alerts but these don’t come through for days which means prescriptions are probably ready but nobody has done the process to send the text. When go into the chemist and there are three people behind the counter and not one person acknowledges your presence, not even eye contact so you know they know you are there, you can then stand around for 5 mins before anyone asks how can they help, it’s ridiculous and I’m changing my chemist because they are rude, arrogant and customer service needs better practise.

  2. Review titled Electronic repeat prescriptions delayed!

    Everytime I put in a electronic request for a repeat prescription it always delayed. And the general excuses of we have more customers because other chemist's have closed... Erm its your branches that have closed. Also you had the prescription on the system. Why not process it when I was there, you would of if it was a paper repeat.. And also a notice saying you have to wait 5 days for prescriptions it beyond the joke. Your customers need there medicinea on that day. Not a week later! I even told your staff I'd ran out of some pain medication to be told I should of put my prescription in sooner. It's through the nhs website which means you can only order it on or after a date.. So I can't do that.. Still left with no medication! Unless service!
