   I have several recent experiences of waiting more than two weeks after I have placed an request with my GP surgery for my prescriptions to be dispensed and when visiting the pharmacy to enquire about whether or not my prescription is ready being asked to return at a later date. I was told by staff to ring ahead of time but when I do this the calls are mostly not picked up. On the one occasion my call has been answered I was asked to ring back as they could not access my information.
