   Dreadful at answering the phone, when they do you are fobbed off by everyone you speak to as 'its not there department'. No one can be bothered to help or advise. The lady I had to wait 30 min to speak to was very rude when I finally got through and hung up on me when she didn't know the answer. Very poor service
